Lars Klander founded Tech Results in 1998 and serves as the company’s president and CEO. Under his leadership, the company has worked closely with every major gaming company in the world and has more than 50 casino industry customers in the United States. Lars has more than 20 years of gaming experience and has assembled a team that utilizes their front- and back-of-house gaming and hospitality experience to help develop innovative solutions for the gaming industry. He is the primary architect of the comprehensive Enterprise solution set of products for Aristocrat, which contains industry-leading business intelligence and customer relationship management solutions.
Lars is the author of the best-selling book Hacker Proof: The Ultimate Guide to Network Security. He is also an accomplished public presenter and speaker, participating in the Global Gaming Expo and CasinoFest conferences. Additionally, Lars has made numerous television and radio appearances for various industry organizations. At present, he has an occasional column appear in Casino Enterprise Management and Gaming and Leisure, and is focusing on the global market for deployment of the Tech Results enterprise solution set.

Abe joined Tech Results in 2004 after spending more than 25 years in the gaming and hospitality industry working for industry giants including Resorts International, Trump Taj Mahal, Hollywood Casinos, Aztar Corporation and Peninsula Gaming. Cultivating his career at new and established properties has made Abe an innovator able to create solutions that fit the property needs as well as state regulations.
He has a diverse marketing background that includes player development, direct mail and VIP services as well as experience in gaming and food and beverage. Abe's strong understanding of both the front- and back-of-house needs adds an unequivocal dynamic to the Tech Results team.

Ardyth is an experienced consultant, developer, instructor and courseware designer. She has a solid intuitive grasp of what is necessary for successful application deployment. She has led teams in the completion of highly distributed enterprise applications, with data stores in several different formats at a number of remote points, all being rolled up into a singular data store in a central point.
As the manager of the development teams responsible for the Total Promo, Marketing Direct and Host VIP! products, Ardyth and her team of developers deliver industry-leading solutions to our customers.

Chris is an IT practitioner with experience in state government, gaming and publishing. As executive director of customer care, he is responsible for Tech Results' full life cycle of client installation and support.
Over the past 16 years, Chris was responsible for implementing industry leading technology projects for Stephens Media and the Las Vegas Review-Journal. As the corporate director of information technology, he was responsible for new technology development, facility design and construction, strategic planning and financial management. Among his many achievements, Chris provided the vision and executive direction to relocate and construct a state-of-the-art corporate IT department. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a focus on quality and process improvement, his drive and leadership skills helped put Stephens Media ahead of the commercialized technology curve.
Chris is a graduate of Arizona State University and holds a bachelor's degree in computer information systems. He also serves on the board of the Association of IT Professionals and under his leadership, the IT team at Stephens Media was the recipient of the 2006 Network World All-Star award.
