 Jason Wells, Director of U.S. Sales 

Jason has cultivated his professional experience in the financial services and gaming industries. He is known for dedication to customer service creating strong relationships with customers, maintaining those relationships after the sale and his continual quest to ensure customer satisfaction.

Jason was an integral part of the opening team at Hollywood Casino in Shreveport, Louisiana where he was a member of the host and VIP services teams. Additionally, he served six years in the Army National Guard that included an overseas deployment as a non-commissioned officer in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.

Jason's wide range of experience and willingness to make it right for the customer has made him an invaluable asset to the Tech Results team.


 Kyle Tooke, Western Regional Sales Manager

As sales/account manager for the Western United States, Kyle is responsible for new sales, contact relationship management for current customers and current customer development.

Kyle is a sales professional with five years of experience in gaming, advertising, sales and marketing. He holds a bachelor's degree in marketing from Louisiana Tech University. Kyle's strong customer service background was cultivated during his time as an advertising sales executive at The Times in Shreveport, Louisiana. During his tenure with The Times, Kyle was a champion for his clients as well as developing and maintaining four sales territories. He was also appointed as the sole negotiator for all trade accounts and was the spokesman for The Times TIDE presentation team.

Kyle's experience and determination for the highest level of customer care and relationship building makes him an integral part of the Tech Results sales team.

 

 Shawn Dougherty, Northern Regional Sales Manager

As sales/account manager for the Northern United States, Shawn is responsible for new sales, contact relationship management for current customers and current customer development.

Shawn has more than 25 years of experience in the gaming industry. He has worked in hotel operations, casino operations and player development for several casinos in Atlantic City, New Jersey and Shreveport, Louisiana. Prior to joining Tech Results, Shawn worked for seven years as an executive casino host at El Dorado in Shreveport where he honed his superior customer service skill set.

His experience in ensuring client satisfaction and wealth of gaming industry knowledge makes him a valuable member of the Tech Results sales team.
